address, phone number, and any details you provide about your counselling needs. I
process this data under the lawful basis of Contract (to take steps at your request
before entering into a counselling agreement) or Legitimate Interests (to answer your
query). - How I Secure and Store Your Data
Your digital enquiry is handled with strict confidentiality:
– Transition to Paper: Once received, your details are immediately transferred
to a secure, physical paper filing system.
– No Digital Backups: I do not store, track, or back up your personal coaching
data on cloud servers or digital databases.
– Retention: If you become a client, I retain your paper records for 7 years
following our last session to comply with legal and professional insurance
requirements. If you do not proceed with counselling, your enquiry details are
securely shredded immediately. - Your Rights
Under the UK GDPR, you have the right to access the personal data I hold about
you, request corrections, or ask for its deletion. - Contact Us & Complaints
